This might not be as cheap as the window decal (good idea, by the way! How would people like me, that aren't sure of how to make them, make them?) but what about SAVE CARNIVALE t-shirts? I liked the idea of a list for people that have cancelled HBO, too (I did it on Monday!) Maybe a NO TV day, as well? I dunno. Just saw this and thought that I'd post something... I'll keep thinking! LOVG LIVE CARNIVALE!

We need money. what about a fan club with a modest fee of maybe $20. Once you have a little nest egg to work with we can sell t-shirts, coffee mugs etc that say "It ain't over til it's over" or some other cool thing from the show. Maybe have another auction at Carniecon, only this time to "save carnival" and raise funds for a live carnivale convention.
I know, how about we all buy another season ourselves. I'd be willing to spend years' worth of my previous HBO fees to buy another season... so let's just pool it all together guys! Hell, maybe by owning the next season of the best show ever on television we'll profit nicely in the end.
